Do You have FAITH, Hebrews 11:1

The scripture in Hebrews 11:1, has always blessed me me when i read it because it always should how faith can be used to get God to do things for us and how faith can work.

But when meditating on this scrpture the Holy Spirit said instead of using faith how about letting FAITH use you. The Holy Spirit explained to me how we use our faith to get God to do things for us but we don’t see faith as someone but something, and something that we can use. We use faith like a cup to get from God and we say Lord fill my cup up, then we use faith like and old rag and we take it and put it on things and expect God to bless what we put our faith on and this is wrong thinking and even bad teaching in the church.

If we begin to see faith as the Lord then we will not use our faith to get things that we know we shouldn’t have or even beg God to give us, but we would then begin to let FAITH(GOD, JESUS, THE HOLY SPIRIT) use us. When we allow faith to use us then we can see a greater result of things happening in the body of Christ and Jesus being glorified.

So when you read Hebrews 11:1  see it with a whole new pair of eyes, Now FAITH is the substance of things hoped for, and the evidence of things not seen.

Thats saying that Jesus is the one that im hoping for and He is the evidence of that which i have not fully and naturally seen but if I but let God be FAITH in me and through me Faith will be glorified and the enemy terrified. So the question is DO YOU HAVE FAITH?

Josua 10:12-14 …

Quote

Josua 10:12-14
Then spake Josua to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorities before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou Moon, in the valley of Ajalon. And the Sun stood still, and the the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down a whole day. And there was no day like that before it or after it, that the Lord hearkened unto the voice of a man: for the Lord fought for Israel.

This is a scripture that was talked about in our Bible group today, can you see the Power of God?

What would the prophet Elijah do?

I was reading in the Old Testament in the first book of Kings in the 18th chapter were the Prophet Elijah had to deal with the evil in the land . The people were not serving The Lord God and it appears that they have be persuaded to serve other
gods besides the one true God. So the Prophet tells them to get their offering and offer it to Baal and do what they needed and the God that answered by fire this would be the God that we as a nation or as a collective people would serve.  Look at this picture there were 450 prophets of Baal and 400 prophets of the groves all who sat at Jezebels table. They called and cried and nothing, the Prophet Elijah even mocked them telling them to call louder for their god may be sleeping or on a journey. Then it was time for the evening sacrifice and the prophet prepared the offering according to the twelve tribes of Israel and had them to pour water all on his sacrifice. Then the prophet prayed but he knew that the Sovereign God he served was the True and Living God and was going to answer by fire, and so God answered by fire consumed the sacrifice and licked up all the water. At this point in the story I am amazed but then the prophet confronts the false prophets that served under King Ahab and Jezebel and said don’t let not one of them get away for he by himself killed all those prophets that deceived the people. Remember God will not allow sin especially when it comes to His people to remain. I believe we need to take a lesson from the prophet Elijah, not be afraid of sin and not tolerate it in our lives or in the church of the Living God. Where are the true Prophets of God with the fire of God looking to get rid of sin.

Is there sin in your life? your church? In your city? Or nation?
I ask where are the true prophets for The Lord God is waiting for vessels that He can use to help bring righteousness to the earth.
